Is there a free version?

The core platform is MIT licensed and available on GitHub. You can self-host it with your own AI keys. Curated skills, cloud hosting, and support are available on paid plans.

What's included in the paid plans?

All paid plans include cloud hosting, LLM usage, all curated skills, the Admin Cockpit, automatic updates, and support. Business adds priority support, custom integrations on request, and discounted add-on packs.

What are "Curated Skills"?

Curated skills are continuously tuned, tested, and improved by Codeligence - optimized for accuracy across different codebases and use cases. All curated skills are included on all paid plans (Team, Business, and Enterprise).

Where does my data live?

You choose US or EU at setup. All data stays in your dedicated container - delete your container, all data is gone. We never use your data to train or improve AI models. A GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on Business plans and above. For Enterprise customers, self-hosted deployment is also available.

Can Codeligence access my data?

No. We do not access your container or data by default. If you request hands-on support, you can share temporary access to your container - but only when you explicitly choose to, and only for the duration of the support session.

Are LLM costs really included?

Yes. All paid plans include LLM usage - no API keys to manage, no token tracking, no surprise bills. One flat price, everything included.

Is there per-seat pricing?

No. All plans are flat-rate. Add your whole team - developers, POs, QA, support, DevOps - for the same monthly price. Unlimited seats, no user limits on paid plans.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you need to. No long-term contracts. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

Do you offer annual billing?

Not yet. All plans are billed monthly with no commitment. Annual billing with a discount is coming soon.

What happens to unused queries?

Unused queries roll over to the next month, up to your plan's monthly allocation. Rolled-over queries are consumed first and expire after one billing cycle if unused. You never lose queries month-to-month as long as you stay within the rollover cap.

What if I need self-hosting or BYOK?

Self-hosted deployment and bring-your-own-keys are available on the Enterprise plan. Contact sales to discuss your requirements.
